I’m reminded of a team training video I watched not too long ago. What I discovered (in real time) was, many of the people who I spoke to who say they want to quit their job, that they want more time freedom and to spend quality time with their family, friends and just doing things that make them happy – actually have no “REAL PLAN” about how they would accomplish it.
